RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA)
Email us at RMA@GUARANTEEDPARTS.COM for instructions on how to return products (TO SUBMIT A DAMAGED GOODS CLAIM YOU MUST EMAIL PICTURES OF BROKEN ITEM AS WELL AS PACKAGING). When exchanging parts please include: BRAND, MODEL & SERIAL NUMBER in your email. With authorized RMA parts can be returned within 30 days from date of purchase (in original packaging) with the following exceptions: A 50% Restocking Fee may apply depending on Manufacturer. Please note that replacement Faber parts purchased from us are Special Order Parts and not eligible for return. Guaranteed Parts will not accept any returns without prior approval or consent, which will be given or withheld at our discretion. If part is ordered without our assistance and cancelled before shipping there will be a credit card refund fee of 5% .
