GUARANTEED PARTS POLICY
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- Any additional charges, such as foreign exchange fees, are issued by your credit card company. Please contact them in such cases.
- We are not responsible for any misidentification of parts.
- Prices and availability are subject to correction or change without notice.
- International shipments may incur additional freight charges and duties.
- Special orders may not be cancelled or returned.
- Once a package leaves our facility and is in the possession of prominent courier companies, we cannot be held responsible for delays due to factors such as inclement weather, customer absence during delivery attempts, or lost packages. Any issues that arise after shipment will need to be addressed directly with UPS or FedEx according to their respective policies and procedures.
- Refunds cover the item cost only; shipping fees are non-refundable, but exceptions may apply.
NON-RETURNABLE & NON-REFUNDABLE PARTS include:
- Special Order Parts are Final Sale.
- Non-verifiable Parts per Model & Serial Numbers are Final Sale.
- All electronic and electrical components, including motors, thermostats (mechanical & digital/electronic), pumps, all boards, compressors, modules, control panels/units, water level sensors, and similar parts, are final sale and non-returnable.
- All glass parts
- Igniters
- Opened or Installed parts.
- Parts of the following brands:

- Northland

- Sierra
- Sub-zero

RETURN POLICY
- Complete the RETURN FORM and include your order number.
- Our returns team will respond within 48 hours.
- Parts cannot be returned for credit after 30 days from delivery.
- Email [email protected] within 12 business days of receipt if the part arrives damaged, and include clear photos of the entire packaging and the part itself.
- All returns must be pre-authorized. Returns received without pre-authorization will not be credited.
- A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns. Refunds DO NOT include shipping fees.
- All return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
- A replacement will be issued once only, and the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
- If you cancel your order before it is shipped, a 3% processing fee will be deducted from your refund (credit card payments).
- Returned parts must:
- Be unused
- Be in original packaging
- Be in good working condition (subject to Quality Control inspection)
SHIPPING POLICY
- Once the package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS, Canada Post), Guaranteed Parts relinquishes responsibility. For any inquiries, issues, or claims regarding the package, please contact the shipping provider directly.
- If a customer includes an apartment (APT) number in their shipping address, they should check the following locations for their delivered packages.
- Main entrance
- Building lobby
- Mailroom
- Front desk or reception area
- Package lockers
- Apartment door
- With neighbors (if informed)
- Guaranteed Parts is not responsible for replacing or refunding items that the carrier has marked as delivered, unless there is clear evidence of mishandling or an error on our part.
- Customers must ensure accurate and complete shipping information. Guaranteed Parts is not liable for delays, misdelivery, or returns caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- Customers must provide street or civic addresses, as Guaranteed Parts ships exclusively by courier and cannot deliver to P.O. boxes. If a P.O. box address is provided, customers will be contacted via email to correct it. Guaranteed Parts is not responsible for any shipping delays this may cause.
- Customers may incur extra shipping fees for large items or oversized parts, and they will be given the choice to cancel or approve these charges before payment.
- Orders sent to countries other than the U.S. & CANADA may incur import fees, customs duties, and taxes imposed by the destination country. We cannot influence these charges or anticipate their amount, so the recipient is accountable for these fees. Customs regulations differ significantly by country; hence, please consult your local customs authority for more details. Clearance procedures may potentially delay delivery times.
TEMPORARY SHIPPING NOTICE
- At this time, Guaranteed Parts is shipping within the United States and Canada only, based on product availability and stock location. We are actively working toward expanding our shipping options.
- For customers outside the continental U.S. and Canada, we recommend providing a U.S.-based shipping address whenever possible to ensure smooth delivery.
- Please note that non-contiguous U.S. states and territories (including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories) are treated as non-standard destinations, and standard shipping rates may not apply. Additional shipping costs may be required.
- If a U.S. or Canadian address is not an option, our team is happy to review possible alternatives. Any applicable duties, taxes, customs, or carrier fees are not included unless stated otherwise and would be the customer’s responsibility.
