Return Policy

In order to return part(s), complete the RETURN FORM, including your order number and our returns team will get back to you within 1-3 business days.

  • All Returns must be pre-authorized.
  • Returns received without pre-authorization will not be credited.
  • Special order parts or installed parts cannot be RETURNED or REFUNDED.
  • A 25% Restocking Fee may apply depending on the Manufacturer.
  • Prices and availability of parts are subject to change without notice.
  • All delivery dates/times are estimated and are not guaranteed.
  • Parts cannot be returned for credit after 30 days.
  • Non-verified parts are treated as non-restockable and non-refundable parts.
  • Electronic parts such as Control Boards, Control Panels, Display Boards and Valves are non-returnable and non-refundable parts.
  • Fragile parts like glass, grates, etc. are non-returnable as well as non-refundable.
  • Any additional charges such as foregin exchange fees, are issued by your credit card bank.

TO SUBMIT A DAMAGED GOODS CLAIM YOU MUST EMAIL PICTURES OF BROKEN ITEM AS WELL AS PACKAGING TO: [email protected]
