RETURN POLICY

• Complete the RETURN FORM and include your order number.
• Our returns team will respond within 48 hours.
• Parts cannot be returned for credit after 30 days from purchase.
• All return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
• Refunds do NOT include shipping fees.
• All returns must be pre-authorized.
• Returns received without pre-authorization will not be credited.
• A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns.
• If you cancel your order before it is shipped, a 3% processing fee will be deducted from your refund (credit card payments).
