  • Non-verifiable Parts per Model & Serial Numbers are Final Sale.
  • Electronic parts such as Motors, Thermostats (mechanical & digital/electronic), Module Boards, Circuit Boards, Motherboards, Control Boards, Control Panels, Display Boards, Water Level Sensors, etc.
  • All glass parts
  • Igniters
  • Opened or Installed parts.
  • The following brands: Aga, Axis, Comfortstar, Hayward, Heartland, Ikon, Jet-Tech, Kohler, Kool-It, Kool-It Signature, LaCornue, Northland, NXR, Peerless Premier, Primo, Sierra, Sub-zero, Viking, Wolf.

RETURN POLICY

  • Complete the RETURN FORM and include your order number.
  • Our returns team will respond within 48 hours.
  • Parts cannot be returned for credit after 30 days from purchase.
  • All return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Refunds do NOT include shipping fees.
  • All returns must be pre-authorized.
  • Returns received without pre-authorization will not be credited.
  • A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns.
  • Cancelled orders before shipment, a 3% processing fee will be deducted from the refund for credit card payments.
  • All refunds are subject to this 3% processing fee.
  • Returned parts must:
    • Be unused
    • Be in original packaging
    • Be in good working condition (subject to Quality Control inspection)
