How do I search for the products I need?

Enter any combination of Manufacturer Name, Manufacturer Part Number, Descriptive Keywords, and/or Model Number in the Search Box to identify the item you are looking for. The products that most closely resemble the search information will be shown on the results page.

What if I ordered the wrong part?

Please make sure to provide the correct model & serial number of your unit while placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for incorrect part identification.

Can I return a part that’s been opened or installed?

No. Opened or installed parts are non-returnable.

Are all parts eligible for return?

Unfortunately no. Consult our Non-Returnable Parts Policy.

How do I return a part?

Complete our Return Form and include your order number. Wait for return authorization before shipping anything back.

What is the time limit for returns?

Parts must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Do I pay for return shipping?

Yes. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

What happens if my package is delayed or lost?

Once a package leaves our facility, responsibility transfers to the carrier. For delays or lost items, contact them directly. Ensure the shipping address is accurate, as we are not liable for errors.
